all I ever wanted: reading list version

Preparing my reading list for vacation: along with several magazines, I have the following on tap for my vacation reading:

Michael Chabon’s Telegraph Avenue

Dave Eggers’ The Hologram King

David Foster Wallace’s Both Flesh and Not

Joyce Carol Oates’s Black Dahlia and White Rose

Dean Young’s Fall Higher

Gretchen Rubin’s The Happiness Project

Junot Diaz’s This is How You Lose Her

Goodbye, work, papers to grade, and stress. Hello, sun, beach, water, and plenty of time to relax and unwind. I also hope to do some writing – if you want to write this week, think of a place that offers the exact opposite of your day to day routine. See you  in about a week!
